Kastamantdap is not Nepali words, it is sanskrit words it means Wood-Covered Shelter. It is three step temple which is located center of Kathmandu valley and the temple is made by pagoda styal and the temple is built by king Laxminar Shing Mall in 16th century.
The most amazing fact of the temple is the whole temple is made by single wood tree ..... think dear the tree is how big and now a days it was most visited area of any nepali and other country people and now a days its value is going high purpose of tourist and national heritage.
